• How can I find the costume that I need?

You will be amazed  how easy it is: if you know the reference of the item, just use the search form to go directly. Otherwise, you can use the side filters to view only the items that might fit with your interest.  When you have chosen your costume you should add it to the basket, it is important that you select the size if necessary, and also the amount. Repeat this process adding all the costumes and accessories you want.

• How do I place my order online?

It's very easy,: once you have all your products added to your cart, you can start with the online purchase process in just a few clicks.

1.-Register as a customer. If you are not a customer yet, and you want to be, please fill out the form and we will contact you ASAP.

2.-Add all products and access your basket. When you come into your shopping cart, click the button to order.

3.- Accept the legal conditions of the store, located just below the order summary. You can add observations or comments (if you want to) on the order.

Please click Finish order button. And before you notice it, you have an email with a copy of your order.

• How long it takes for the delivery?

Depending on the type of shipping you've selected:

- Standard: Delivery from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 H. within 48h / 72h

- Urgent: Delivery from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 H. within 24h / 48h

For shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands delivery time is 48 / 72h

• What is the size I need?

Search the page for each item the button "Size Guide" to consult.

Kids sizes are classified by age and measures, and adults by measures.  In many costumes there is only “one size" as some costumes are manufactured in only one size for adults.

It is very important that you choose well the size of your order before you confirm your order to make sure it fits with what you really need.
